We require all transports to be booked and paid by credit card at the time of booking. Rest assured, your credit card information is held in a secured file to protect your privacy.

Requests booked via telephone shall be processed directly by Coach Line Transportation using our direct link to the credit card companies and bank.

Cancellations

Full Refunds shall be granted if you cancel 24 hours in advance of you booking; or in the event of flight cancellations on the day of transport.

“No Shows”

Refunds will not be granted in the event you do not show for your transportation, except in cases beyond your control.
