We require all transports to be booked and paid by credit card at the time of booking. Rest assured, your credit card information is held in a secured file to protect your privacy.
Telephone Booking
Requests booked via telephone shall be processed directly by LifeLine using our direct link to the credit card companies and bank.
Online booking
Requests booked online shall be processes via “PayPay”. PayPal is an online credit card processing service and they use a secured encrypted process in an effort to protect your identity.
Please note: You do not have to set up a personal PayPal account to use this service or book online.
Cancellations
Full Refunds shall be granted if you cancel 24 hours in advance of you booking; or in the event of flight cancellations on the day of transport.
“No Shows”
Refunds will not be granted in the event you do not show for your transportation, except in cases beyond your control.
